If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days.

All returns will have a R500.00 fee. However, if you follow our Return Policy, and your return qualifies for free return shipping, we will refund the R500.00 to the original payment method you used once we receive your returned item(s).

Please note that our return and exchange policy timelines begin when your purchase is available for shipment or pickup.

In accordance with the CPA, consumers have the right to return defective goods within six months of purchase for a refund, repair, or replacement at no cost. Defective goods are defined as those with material imperfections in the manufacture or any characteristic that makes the product less useful, safe, or durable than a consumer would reasonably expect. This does not include damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
