7 Day Free Return Policy

We at Ralph Jacobs want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Therefore, we offer a 7 Day Free Return Policy for goods purchased online or goods that you did not have an opportunity to examine before delivery. This policy is subject to the following conditions:
  1. The goods delivered to you do not correspond with the description or on a reasonable examination of the sample, as the case may be, and are not in all material respects and characteristics that an ordinary alert consumer would have been entitled to expect.
  2. The goods correspond with the sample but do not correspond with the description.
Please note that special-order goods can only be returned if they do not reasonably conform to the material specifications of the special order.
There are certain goods that cannot be returned due to public health reasons or regulations, such as earrings, studs, or any bodily jewelry. Also, if the goods have been partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined or added to, blended or combined with, or embedded within, other goods or property, they cannot be returned.

Returns

If you decide to return goods to us in accordance with this policy, the following terms apply:
  1. You must notify us in writing of your intention to return the goods within 7 days of receiving them.
  2. You must return the goods to us within 10 days of notifying us of your intention to return them.
  3. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in their original condition.
  4. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the goods were defective or not as described.

Charges

We reserve the right to charge you a reasonable amount in the following circumstances:
  1. If the goods are in their original unopened packaging, we will not charge you anything.
  2. If the goods are in their original condition and repackaged in their original packaging, we may charge you a reasonable amount for any use of the goods during the time they were in your possession.
  3. If the goods are not in their original packaging or have been opened, we may charge you a reasonable amount for any necessary restoration costs to render the goods fit for restocking.

Refund or Exchange

You may select to receive a full refund or an exchange of equal amount to the amount originally paid for the returned goods. If you choose an exchange, we will send the replacement goods to you as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we may take up to 10 business days to process your refund or exchange, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
