Returning Item(s) for RepairUpdated 20 days ago

You may return item(s) to Ralph Jacobs for repair. Once your order is returned, our Quality Assurance team will receive and inspect your item(s) and provide you with a repair quote for your approval. If the damage is found to be due to a manufacturing or design defect, we will cover the cost of the repair and the courier fees under our warranty.

Note: If an item is repaired due to a defect, the repair will come with a three-month warranty, as required by the CPA.

Items That Cannot Be Repaired:

• Items not manufactured by Ralph Jacobs.
• Chipped or cracked gemstones.
• Items made from alternative metals, such as tungsten or titanium.
• Items with irreparable damage.
